Wanted to know will the translated text will also preserve  the format of the 
document like tables headings layout etc?

You can translate text or entire documents into different languages directly 
inside Microsoft Word using the Review tab.
This feature works well with the NVDA screen reader and helps visually impaired 
users read or convert content into languages like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, 
French, Spanish, German, and many more.

*How to Translate Selected Text*
* Open your document in Microsoft Word
* Select text using Shift + Arrow keys or Ctrl + A
* Press Alt + R to open the Review tab
* Navigate to the “Translate” button using Tab
* Press Enter
* Choose “Translate Selection”
* Translation pane will open on the right side
* Select target language using the combo box
* Read translated text with NVDA
* Press “Insert” to add translated text into the document

*How to Translate Entire Document*
* Press Alt + R
* Open the Translate option
* Choose “Translate Document”
* Select desired language
* Start translation
* Save translated copy using Ctrl + S

*Useful NVDA Commands*
* NVDA + Tab – Read focused item
* NVDA + Down Arrow – Continuous reading
