Hello Team, I am facing a strange problem while traveling alone by train. For the past few months, I have been completely depend on railway announcements regarding train arrivals and coach position details for the trains I need to board. However, before and after the actual railway announcements, there are now many commercial advertisements being played continuously. Earlier, this was mostly common in metro cities like Hyderabad and Chennai, but recently it has also started happening in smaller cities and stations. Sometimes I may reach the railway station late due to various reasons, and during such situations I need to carefully listen to the railway announcements. Unfortunately, I am forced to listen through several advertisements before hearing the actual train information. As a visually impaired person traveling independently, this creates difficulty and confusion. Of course, I can ask others for help, but that may not always be possible. If anyone else has faced a similar issue, please let me know. Also, if there is any way to escalate this matter or raise a complaint with the railway authorities, kindly guide me. Thank you. Srinivas
