Dear Anirudh,
I am not aware whether there is any ongoing issue with the UDID website
currently. However, you can try downloading your documents using the
Android application.
If you are using Android, please try the UDID app.

After downloading the application:
1. Select the “PWD Login” option.
2. Enter your UDID number.
3. Then select your date of birth.
4. You can check the “Remember Me” checkbox if you want to save your
details, otherwise you may leave it unchecked.
5. After that, activate the Login button.
Once logged in successfully, you will get several options related to your
UDID profile.
You will also find:
- Download your E-Disability Certificate
- Download your E-UDID Card
