Orbit also is a good option and the plus version is the one I would recommend, not the standard one. Their 40 cell device is also good but with lesser feature than other companies. People preferring entry level device can definitely go for this.
Human wears for cell device would cost somewhere around 2,50,000. Braille one, which is 20 Cell device can cost up to 1,40,000, but comes with 2 orthree years of warranty. Humanware devices have text to speech, and you can connect these Braille display directly to Bookshare and sugamya Pustakalay. I have heard that they will be showcasing Monarch very soon in India.
