Hi Rahul,

Regarding your query about choosing an NGO to restart your career, it is important to understand that organizations like EnAble India, Winvinaya, Mitra Jyoti, and NAB Karnataka serve primarily as learning and training platforms. They do not guarantee or provide direct employment. If you already have work experience and are proficient with screen readers, I recommend reaching out to them directly. If your profile matches their requirements, they will share relevant opportunities as they become available.

However, relying solely on these organizations can be an exhausting process. I highly recommend actively networking on LinkedIn and keeping your profile updated. When reaching out to professional connections, focus on the specific value you can bring to a company. This proactive approach was successful for me before I secured my current role at a public sector insurance company.

I personally received training through EnAble India and also worked at Incluzza, the enterprise arm of EnAble India. While their programs are beneficial, a successful placement ultimately depends on your individual efforts. If you would like, you can message me on WhatsApp at 7093850932, and I can connect you with my former mentor and trainer. Please keep in mind that this connection does not guarantee a job, but it may help you regain your confidence during this transition.

Best regards,

KONGALETI SATYANARAYANA

thanks and regards,
Kongaleti Satyanarayana Reddy

Dear All,

I have work experience and career gap due to personal reason. I wanted to restart my career, but I confuse which NGO can provide a right placement opportunity with employment training or without training. If you provide any help in this regard, it would be more helpful.
