Dear Access India list members, I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to share an interview I had the privilege of recorded last year with Mr. George Abraham on *Eyeway Conversations* (Score Foundation). During our interaction, we discussed the various phases of navigating mainstream education as a visually impaired student—starting from early schooling in a smaller town to managing academic workflows, examinations, and internships in higher education through the use of assistive technology. We also touched upon my ongoing journey in English literature and academic research, along with my passion for music production. The core intent of sharing this interaction is to exchange perspectives on overcoming systemic and everyday challenges within the mainstream educational setup, and how adaptive strategies and supportive environments can help bridge those gaps. If you haven't had the opportunity to listen to it yet, please do give it a listen: *Watch/Listen on YouTube:* https://youtu.be/OJOweGZGGKc?si=fh3r4T894tkVcI1L I would welcome your thoughts, insights, or personal reflections on the themes discussed.
