When the prices were low, Blind children could buy their stationery at low cost from NIVH and children from across the country from north to South to east to West. Everybody had a chance to lay their hands on high-quality devices of NIVH. High prices introduced by NIVH must be reversed and made free of cost to persons with visual impairment and disability certificate or UDID.
The game is not difficult to understand. The prices have been made high in a way that they are costing much more than the private players. Everybody, here, understands the math.
