Hi, I wish to let you know that I have requested my account deletion three times via the E-Mail address provided in your app and have not received a satisfactory response. Whoever manages that account is unaware that the app doesn't allow in-app account deletion and enjoins users to contact SmartStep on its E-Mail ID. The app states that the deletion process might take up to five business days, and for me it has been more than two weeks. I asume it is the support team that manages the E-Mail ID; this experience was really disappointing. I urge you to ensure this does not happen to other users and allow in-app account deletion.
