Join us from *November 21st to 27th, 2026 *for a week that takes you
through the very best of Japan this autumn, in an inclusive group where
every single person is welcome, regardless of their accessibility needs.
This trip will give you an opportunity to lose yourself in the neon-lit
energy of *Tokyo*'s streets, wander the temple-lined calm of *Kyoto*, walk
among the sacred deer of *Nara*, and soak in the buzzing food culture of
*Osaka*, with a visit to *Mount Fuji* along the way. Do you want more? There
is an option for you to extend your trip by 3 days to uncover the moving
history of *Hiroshima *and the serene beauty of *Miyajima*.

*DAY-WISE ITINERARY-*
*DAY 1:* Arrive in Tokyo and transfer to the hotel. As evening falls, take
in the atmosphere and energy from high above the city at the Tokyo
Metropolitan Government Building before taking a relaxed walk through the
vibrant streets of Shinjuku. The day concludes with a welcome dinner and a
first taste of Japan's unique energy.
*DAY 2:* Discover Tokyo's fascinating contrasts, beginning in historic
Asakusa and the iconic Senso-ji Temple, where centuries-old traditions
blend seamlessly with everyday life. Continue to the streets of Shibuya,
the heart of modern Tokyo, before unwinding in the elegant neighbourhood of
Daikanyama, known for its boutique stores, cafés, and relaxed atmosphere.
The evening is free to enjoy the city at your own pace.
*DAY 3:* Escape the city and journey into the natural beauty of the Mt.
Fuji region. In Hakone, enjoy a ropeway ride above volcanic landscapes
before unwinding by the tranquil waters of Lake Ashi. Return to Tokyo in
the evening.
*DAY 4:* Travel by Shinkansen to Kyoto, Japan's cultural heart. Upon
arrival, experience the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, where towering
bamboo creates one of the country's most iconic landscapes. The remainder
of the day is relaxed, allowing time to settle into Kyoto's timeless
atmosphere.
*DAY 5:* Experience the cultural treasures of Kyoto, beginning with the
iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine and its thousands of vermilion torii gates.
Continue to the Golden Pavilion of Kinkaku-ji before exploring the flavours
and traditions of Nishiki Market. As evening falls, wander through the
historic streets of Gion and the charming lanes of Pontocho Alley.
*DAY 6: *Discover the timeless charm of Nara, Japan's first permanent
capital. Stroll through Nara Park, where friendly deer roam freely among
historic surroundings, before visiting the magnificent Todai-ji Temple and
its iconic Great Buddha. Return to Kyoto in the evening.
*DAY 7: *Experience the energy and character of Osaka, beginning with the
historic Osaka Castle and its impressive surroundings. Explore the vibrant
Kuromon Market, where local flavours and everyday life come together,
before discovering the retro charm and streets of Shinsekai. A lively and
engaging day provides a refreshing contrast to the elegance of Kyoto.
*DAY 8: *Enjoy a relaxed morning for shopping, a leisurely stroll, or
simply soaking in the atmosphere before departing for the airport. As the
journey comes to an end, take home unforgettable memories of Japan's
culture, landscapes, hospitality, and spectacular autumn colours.
If you wish to extend the trip by 3 days and 2 nights, this is how the
itinerary is adjusted-
*DAY 8: *Instead of departing, travellers choosing the extension continue
to Hiroshima, a city that stands as a symbol of resilience, remembrance,
and hope. Explore the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Peace Memorial
Museum, offeringinsight into one of the most significant chapters of modern
history. The evening is free to relax and explore the city at leisure.
*DAY 9:* Discover the timeless beauty of Miyajima Island, home to the
iconic Itsukushima Shrine and its famous floating torii gate. Surrounded by
natural beauty and rich spiritual heritage, the island is considered one of
Japan's most treasured destinations. Return to Hiroshima in the evening.
*DAY 10:* Travel back to Osaka by Shinkansen and transfer to Kansai
International Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable
memories of Japan's culture, history, and landscapes.
*COST OF THE TRIP*
The cost for the 8-day, 7-night trip is *USD 3,150 plus applicable taxes
per person* on a twin-sharing basis.
If you choose the optional Hiroshima & Miyajima Extension, then the total
cost is* USD 3,860 plus applicable taxes per person* on a twin-sharing
basis.
For Indian nationals paying through an Indian bank account, the applicable
taxes are *5% GST *and *2% TCS*.
For anyone paying from outside India, GST and TCS are not applicable.
We have calculated the trip cost in USD since it is a universally
acceptable currency. Since the currency exchange rate is highly dynamic, we
will share the total payable price in your local currency on the day you
make the payment.
Payment via credit card is also possible with a small service fee.

disabilities, anyone can join in! So feel free to bring your partner,
friends, or family. You could also meet strangers on this trip and become

- This trip is fully accessible for people with most types of

- The trip is planned with the assumption that, as a blind person, you
have independent mobility with a cane or a guide dog. For basic assistance,
a Planet Abled tour leader would be available throughout.
