I hope you are all doing well. I am reaching out to see if anyone has experience with the "New Outlook" that has recently become the default on my Windows 11 work machine. As a screen reader user, I am finding the transition to this new interface quite challenging and would appreciate any resources or tips you might have to help me cope with these changes. I am currently struggling with a couple of specific issues: 1. After using the built-in Copilot, I am unable to navigate back to the message list. 2. When I open an email to read it, I cannot access the content directly, which forces me to rely on Copilot to summarize the email for me. I have been searching for online help and found a YouTube tutorial that might be useful for others as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12OetXq0bHs However, it will take me some time to complete it. Additionally, I have observed that the new Outlook behaves like a web application. I am concerned that any changes I make to my Outlook configuration will be replicated across my Chrome browser, which is not what I want. It feels like many desktop applications are shifting to these web-based interfaces (like the new WhatsApp interface), and the fatigue of relearning familiar layouts is significant for those of us who rely on screen readers. If you have any advice, resources, or workarounds for navigating the new Outlook or managing these "web app" transitions, I would be very grateful for your support. Thank you for your time and help.
