*Last date to apply is 13 September 2026.* This role is for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and creating opportunities as much as they enjoy working with employers. *What You’ll Be Doing* * Counselling and understanding beneficiaries from diverse backgrounds * Assessing and mapping their skills, interests and career aspirations to suitable employment opportunities * Building and nurturing relationships with corporate HR teams and employers * Developing opportunities for inclusive hiring * Coordinating interviews, placements and onboarding * Providing support to candidates before and after placement * Building and maintaining a strong employer and candidate network * Following up with candidates and employers to ensure successful placements and sustained employment *We’re Looking For Someone With* * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role is essential * Experience in HR, recruitment, placement, counselling or employment services * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong counselling, relationship-building and people-management abilities * Confidence in communicating with corporates, HR teams and employers * Strong networking, coordination and follow-up skills * A genuine interest in disability inclusion and social impact * Experience in the NGO or social sector will be an advantage * Persons with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply *Most Importantly* We are looking for someone who can see potential beyond disability and has the ability to connect that potential with the right opportunity.
