Greetings. I don't know about Karmayogi web site. I'm using their Android app. I struggled a lot to complete the mandatory courses. Especially the interactive content is not designed to be accessible with TalkBack. Even for the video-based content, the player controls are not accessible with TalkBack. In addition, all the final assessments are purely time-based, which certainly is a challenge for TalkBack users. It would be better if someone can provide similar feedbacks for the iOS version and the web site.
