Hi all, As the subject line suggests, one of my friends is in the process of getting a new car.
While talking to some dealer, he was informed that we are not allowed to select owner type as divyangjan, vehicle needs to be modified. Now, I just want to know is there any circular available which states that modification of the vehicle is not required in the case of visual impairment.
