Dear list, About 8 months back I purchased new Del laptop. In its configuration it was mentioned that it comes with Windows 11 and ms office 2024 home edition. In practice it came with Windows 10. Regarding Office also it shows "Get your software" and name of office is mentioned. Is there any way to upgrade it Windows 11 without losing licence? In fact the notification of free Office also is read by Jaws but I could not locate the notification as it is there for a very short while. I don't face Office problem as I have family subscription. I would like to know about Windows 11 upgrade. Can I upgrade myself with very basic knowledge of computer and with total blindness.I am also a senior citizen.
