Dear Friends, Census 2027 will count only 9 disability categories, while the RPwD Act, 2016 recognises 21. Autism, specific learning disabilities, dwarfism and deafblindness have no distinct option, and the "Any Other" and "Multiple Disability" categories from Census 2011 have been removed.
