*Call for Research Participants for a "Research Study on the Experiencesof Scribes in the Indian Higher Education Context"* I am an undergraduate student conducting a research study examining the experiences, roles, and perspectives of individuals who provide scribe assistance to candidates and students in higher education in India. The study aims to understand the nature of the scribe's role, experiences of providing this support, challenges encountered, interactions with examination authorities or institutions, and perspectives on existing practices and arrangements. I am seeking to interview people who have served as scribes in one or both of the following contexts: *Entrance examinations:* Providing scribe assistance to candidates appearing for examinations for admission to colleges, universities, or other higher education institutions. *Higher education examinations:* Providing scribe assistance to students during examinations or other academic assessments after admission to a higher education institution. *Eligibility: *Individuals with prior experience serving as a scribe for an entrance examination and/or an examination or academic assessment within a higher education institution in India. Participation will involve an online interview lasting approximately half an hour to one hour. Information shared during the interview will be treated confidentially, and if used, will be anonymised and used solely for research purposes, in accordance with the study's research and ethical procedures.
