There is one more screen reader that cannot be installed and neither is open sourced but is free and works only for the time you are connected to the to the internet. It is called System Access to go and can be used in places where you are not allowed to install any software such as Cyber Café , library etc. The link is: http://www.satogo.com/ As soon the link is opened, the computer starts talking itself and just follow the instructions.
