hullo sir, as regard to vachak tts is concerned, you can buy this from
nab delhi. i am personally using this tts with safa reader 10.64 and
it is going well with hindi. as far as telgu language is concerned, i
heard that nowadays, they {nab} have come with 17 supporting regional
languages including telgu. please check up with them. with best
