Couple of Months ago, somebody on this list was discussing about a headphone to be used by VI's in the Call center. This headset can be connected through Computer and telephone simultaneously. Can anyone elucidate about this headphone in detail? My most urgent query is that what would be it's cost and where we can buy it from.
