Hi,

I am describing here the procedure to turn off the
automatic numbering / bullit listing feature in
microsoft word 2007 while using jaws. The procedure
for the other versions of word (with out jaws) is
available from the following link.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310515

1. Press alt + f to open the Microsoft Office Button
menue, and then press the letter i to open Word
Options dialogue box.
2. Arrow down till you reach the option called
Proofing and press spacebar.
3. Press tab to land on AutoCorrect Options, and again
press space bar.
4. Now press control + tab to reach the AutoFormat As
You Type tab.
5. Tab around till you reach the option to clear the
Automatic numbered lists check box, and then click
OK. Before that is the automatic bullit list option.

Regards
