Hi Govind, It is indeed possible to access Word and Powerpoint with Jaws, as you might already know. I have never used Snaggit or Visio and cannot therefore provide you any inputs. However, since there is no such thing as a perfectly accessible job, you should simply take the plunge and try to use as much of these tools as possible. Geetha
