Dear Muddanna, congratulate on being appointed as first class officer. Visually challenged can very well work in such positions. So far I understand full time personal assistant is not allowed. But I hope first class officer is otherwise also entitled to P. A. Moreover in every meeting personal assistance is not needed as you can take laptop extra.
