Dear friends, I have a suggestion. The RBI can issue a sticker,for visually challenged. The bank can put their signature/seal and date of issue of cheque leafs. These stickers can be issued to the client together with the cheque book. The visually challenged client can stick this sticker on back side of the cheque leaf,so that faque cheques can be traced by the bank by verifying the attested/dated sticker.
