One way of learning C/C++ is using Microsoft Visual C++ IDE.

You may also use Notepad as an editor for writing code. Save file with
appropriate extension (like .c, .cpp, etc) by enclosing file name with
extension in quotation marks (for example "myFile.c"). Compile this file using
the tcc command using command prompt. Once compiled, run the executable for the
compiled file which would have the same primary name as your source file and an
.exe extension. I know this sounds a little cumbersome. However, some practive
and some self-invented tricks and of course, patience always make life easier
for learners.
