If you have not been successful in removing it, then the only option is to format your phone. Do the following to do so:
When you are on the stand by mode, press *#7370# and you will be asked whether you want to restore your phone to it's factory settings. Press the left soft key to okay it and then you will be asked to enter the security code. By default it is 12345 and you should remember if you have changed it. After entering the security code, press the left soft key again. Now you will here a beep sound and after 30 seconds or so press the left soft key three times to bypass the timezone settings and so on. After a few more seconds, your phone should have been completely formatted. Please remember that all of your data including talks, contacts etc will be lost and you will have to install them fresh.
