hi, when you get a call you can know its number by pressing the top right corner button on your mobile while you receive the ring tone. for creating messages go to message menu mostly the top left corner button and select new message and select text r multimedia r email as per your wish and enter the number. and the message and select options and send there. thats it the message will be sent. for more help visit
