Hai: I have not worked on it personally, but have seen a demonstration given by a research scholar from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, who is working extensively on the development of Orca. As far as I could see the voice quality and navigation and other performances of the screen reader is pretty much comparable with JAWS. So, I feel it is reliable for any kind of work. I think others like Balaram in this list have used it and you may contact them personally to find out.
