Dear friends of Access India I have received the mail from the Sumacarnic that special casual leave is granted to the disabled peope in order to attend the seminars and conventions I am having a doubt that wheater it only for banking sectors are any department in other words wheather it for Central Government employees or it is related to the state Government empoyees of any department in the states see that it should be applicable for the all the state Governmnt employees also are working in all the department in the government please give us a clear picture about this.
