Hi Lucknow access indians, One of my far relatives, who I came to know about recently, is visually impaired and stays in Lucknow and is ignorant of assisstive technology and all the other aids that could help to make his life better. He runs a small business and wants to know and see a visually impaired using a computer and would like to know about all the facilities/aids/appliances that would help him. So is there an institute in Lucknow like N A B etc where he could get all the information. If not, could he meet up with one of you for your kind guidance.
