It's hard for me to offer advice about the hearing condition. However, I would like to suggest to your friend to try and avoid wearing headphones as it would certainly affect the hearing. There are no medical proof and for it. Even E N T specialists may sometimes deny the impact of headphones on a person's hearing, but I have experienced the trouble and have completely gotten rid of headphones at work place. Your friend may perhaps request his manager permission to use speakers. If that proves disturbing for
