Fundamentally, I believe that marriage is based on compatibility, common interests, passions and love.. Disability ideally is not a compatibility factor. Marriage is not just about sex, it is about life long partnership, companionship and mutual love, respect and support.
Amit, I personally think that having a portal for matrimony for the persons with disability is a step towards being exclusive. Having said this, I am sure that there is nothing wrong if two disabled people get together , fall in love and get married. My only caution is that the obsession or anxiety to get married should not drive one into an alliance where disability is the only so called common ground. Well, this is just a perspective, one can certainly look at this differently Warmly, George. ----- Original Message ----- From: "KODAKKAL SHIVAPRASAD" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, August 19, 2008 8:14 PM Subject: [AI] MATRINONIAL PORTAL FOR DISABLED > > Dear Bhat, > > You are right, it's necessary to prepare an marriage alliance > portal especially for physically challenged is very important > during these jet culture.
