Dear sir/madam,

I don't know whether this is a relevant topic here. But I think my message
will bring some reasonable changes in the life of hidden hero.
You all know very well how difficult to clear (I.A.S) civil service
exams for even nnormal candidates, but one visually-challenged person has
proved it. Yes, he is Mr. Dinakar from Tamil nadu. He is the ffirst
visually-challenged person to reach this high level I think? After 2 years
training, now got posting in Southern Railways at Chennai. He joined to this
post in the month of June.
I asked him several times to share his struggles in the press; he strongly
says, (I don't any publicity. If someone asks me I am ready to help. I
won't tell the press that I have got these merits of my own, but if they
approach me surely I will share all my strugggles to reach this level for
the benefit of our visually-challenged friends).
Though he works one of the top class Metro-cities, now his achievements are
hidden under shadows; my humble request to all access-indians to forward
this message to your friends especially in all medias to cover his
experiences for the benefit of next generation as early as possible.
