Hi dev nandan kumar A good and informative compilation of cases about exam accessibility for VI. However, I am afraid it does not categorically provide for alternative questions or exemption from visual elements. Modifications in exam system do mandate the same, but in an implied manner, which has to be extracted by appealing to executive authority or fought out in judiciary. So, no relief at hand for aspirants of civil services or net etc.!!!
