Very sad to hear that. Actually, BSNL does provide free download from 2 a.m. (not 12) to 8 a.m. to those using 500 home plan. and except for these free hours, the data transfer in this plan is 2.5 GB, which is good enough. As far as their service is concerned, it seems good here in Nashik. Regards.
