The issue is that, the Pondicherry society for higher education is conducting written test for filling up of 33 lecturer posts in various disciplines. Among the 33 notified posts, no post has been reserved for the Phisically challenged. As I Understand, if more than 30 posts are to be recruited, one has to be reserved for the Phisically challenged and here it is not being followed.
