Hi, 1. Both hosting sites are equally good. In fact, Livejournal is also suppose to be accessible. 2. In Wordpress, their is an edit field that labled quote frame or something like that. Just bring up a form fields list and find it in their. 3. I haven't explored the email feature so am not sure, but it must be present in Wordpress.
