Dear sir, I can advice you one thing. Press window key followed by r to go to run. Type the location of your removable disk e.g. F: G: or H: whatever it is and enter there. The removable disk will be opened. I faced the same problem few days ago and solved it in this way. I hope that this will assist in solving your problem. S S Pathak
