Hi Kiran Yes it is indeed accessible. I am using one for over 20 years now from Phillips. There was a mechanical breakage of its hinge 2 months back and is now unusable.
There was no need for me to replace the original blade in such long years of usage. The Chineese made shavers are useless and those running on batteries should be avoided. The Phillips shaver is about Rs. 2,000 approx.
