I believe that both the models have most of those features. But you need to
add quick office to access word document files and at least I have not been
happy with it's performance. They come with in-build voice recorders, but
they are still limited and henceforth you need to install additional
recording programs. N72 is a second edition phone and N73 is the third
edition. I am using the former and pretty happy with it's performance. I
think in Indian market it is priced around RS 8000 or perhaps a bit lower
since I checked almost two months a go.
