Hi, Now install the 2 programs. The installation process is as usual. Actually, the converter does not require you to have Microsoft Reader on your PC, but I find it incomplete with out the main software. After the instollation, open the ABC Amber Lit converter. Click on the icon, if you have it on the desktop, or else go to start> All Programs> Process Text Group> ABC Amber Lit Converter.
The first option that you would land on is the "export (destination)". Select the format that you want to read your files in. Next is the "open" button. Clicking on this will bring up a standard dialogue box, where you can choose the file you wish to be converted. This dialogue box can also be accessed using the key command alt + o. The converter will take a little time to convert the document. After this, you need to reach the "save as" dialogue box. You can tab around to find it, or just press alt + a. Pressing the "save" button in the dialogue box will complete the process, and the converted file will open up.
