If you press your curser to the next line, you will also come across the message "Shall we try in 50 seconds?" and will see this number coming down to two or one second. After the given time is over, you will again see the download link. Unfortunately, no one can say if it will work the next time you click the download link. It's frustrating, but you will have to repeat the process several times to start the download eventually.
