Hi, if the check box in the send page in the options menu, to leave a copy of sent messages in the 'sent items folder, is checked, then, I think the following would help: 1. Go to sent items. 2. Select the view menu and then current view sub menu. 3. In the current view sub menu, hit enter on show all messages. Hope this helps. If any errors, then sorry to waste your time.
