hello all friends and Roopakshi Pathania madam ,
please please help me to solve my problem
i am using firefox very successfully from last many days now one problem is
disterving me very much . whenever i try to download any large file using
firefox and download process get intruppted by any reason then i am not
able to download the remaining portion of file . when i download file once
again the download process starts
from beginning . I searched for the solution of this problem in knowledge
base articles of firefox . I could only
find that go to tools menu of firefox
then down arrow to download ctrl+j then download window will appear then
select the file and tab to resume button and press enter but in download
window I could find only clear list button and search button and cancel
button but resume
button is not there so please tell me how can i download the remaining
portion of file

in one of your e mail you wrote that Finally, if you are having problems
specific to firefox, I have the email address of the accessibility engineer at
Mozilla. Email me off list to get the address
so please help me in this regard
