Dear Shadab: Your interest for journalism is commendable. As a journalist, I exactly understand how you feel when you speak about putting journalism above other options. However, I would suggest you to first get a good job that pays you well, since earning wellhas to be your priority now (in order to lead an independent life). Once you settle in the job, pl take time to contribute for newspapers. So pl focus on getting a job now and don't worry too much about other things. You will get them at the right time.

Dear Sir, Thank you for this. I am looking forward for editing work. I have some experience as I have done editing for a person who writes for a prominent English daily in China. In addition, I have spotted errors in The Hindu and got the opportunity to communicate with Mr Narayanan - the readers' editor of the newspaper. As a freelance writer I have worked with a private company. I was with CMS - a school of my city till December - but I wrapped up their work beforehand; and now am eagerly looking forward to do editing work. I don't have enough experience and a good resume yet I am confident that I will prove better than many experienced editors and degree holders. Can anybody please suggest me where to get work from?
