If my memory serves me right, this is the way to go about it. 1. Select the internet explorer icon from the desktop. 2. Press alt+enter to activate the property dialogue. 3. Tab a few times to find run in normal windo. I think, here, you will have the option of run as maximised. You will have to use your arrow keys here to find this option. Surely, the experts will give you more proper suggestions.
