sorry for the incomplete mail. I mean to say they are not giving the commentary not from the ground, but from the studio watching through TV. the BBC doesn't have the rights, and therefore the commentary is not available online in India.. five live and AIR, one can't even compare these days. I think cricinfo text commentary is much better.
