Hi Amjad,
I also use Lotus notes. Try using Jaws cursor to access those information.
It generally works; if it doesn't then try to get in touch with your local
office support team who might write scripts to support jaws.

I am working with HSBC Ltd which is an international finance company in
India and abroad. While working here, many times, I have to find out the
contact details of of HSBC staff from the entire world where HSBC has its
own branches using Lotus Notes. Recently, I have got this facility from
the bank, but I am unable to acces this software due to JAWS problems;
Even I am unable to send or receive email messagess and just because of
this reasons, I have to be depending on someone else.
