Institution/School/University's Principal Signature with Stamp Rules of the contest: 1. Contestant has to deposit a fee of Rs. 50/-before start of the contest. Escort also has to deposit Rs. 50/2. The contest will be held in two groups: Group A for Junior (Age 8 to 15 yrs) and Group B for the senior (Age 16 to 35 yrs) 3. Contest will be held for Light Vocal, Classical Vocal and Instrumental. For the contest of Light Vocal, Filmy and non filmy songs will be valid. For Classical Vocal, presentation of Chota Khayal and Dhrupad will only be valid. Instrumental Music will only be based on fast composition in classical form 4. In Semifinal time for Light Vocal will be 3 minutes, for Classical Vocal will be 5 minutes and for Instrumental Music will be 3 minutes. Note: Contestants seeking 75% marks in Semi Final will be eligible for finals 5. Only non professionals artist will be eligible for the contest 6. The Harmonium and Tabla will be provided by the Sansthan. If someone wants to being his own instrument, he or she can do so. The contestant for Light Vocal has to give their presentation in standing position on the stage. 7. The prizes to winning contestants will be distributed on the day of closing ceremony. 8. The contestants who have secured 1st prize in the contest organized earlier by "Anurag Sangeet Sansthan" can take part by changing category in which they have participated earlier. Example: >From Light Vocal to Classical Vocal or Instrumental and vice versa. For this >they have to attach a photocopy of the certificate given earlier, along with the Admission form. 9. Contestants can take part only in one category of the contest 10. The decision of the panel of judges will be final in case of any disputes 11. The last date for submission of Admission form in office of the Sansthan is 15th December, 2008. Late fee of Rs 50/-will have to be paid for submission of forms after that date 12. Incomplete forms will not be acceptable 13.
