concession is 75 percent both in AC chair car as well as 3rd AC. In 2nd AC
you can get 50 percent concession.

how much percentage of fair will be payed by blind hir self and one

here let me tell that i will possibly go from AC- 3 tire, or AC- 2 tire.
the person at the railway reservation counter says that concessions
is available only in second class. acording to him, no concession is
available for AC classes.
is it so?
if no, then what steps i can take to resolve the issue?
is their any booklet/ guide/ else is available where all these things
are written? so that i can show that to the associated person.
