Hi Amar, Firstly, a "read only edit" is a field that contains values that you can explore while in the forms mode, but cannot add any value by your self.
I checked out the website, and the field is indeed inaccessible. To solve your problem, you can do 2 things. 1. Write to the website, and ask them to structure the "select a city" list in a different way. I doubt they would understand about accessibility with a screen reader. 2. Use their telephone service available at 22222222 for finding the information you require. I think this is toll free.
